Upon inquiry, you will receive our Serendipity pricing guide with all of the details you need to know about pricing and package options. I love to chat on the phone with all of my new potential clients. This allows us both an opportunity to get to know each other before booking. After our conversation, I will send you a contract to sign to make things official. Once I receive your signed contract and deposit I will send you our Serendipity Welcome Package, which includes useful documents that will help us start the wedding planning process.

Initial phone call

Wine or coffee dates for design meetings are a must! This is our first chance to meet face-to-face, and talk more in-depth about your wedding. Together we will create mood boards to establish a clear wedding vision. Once we have a narrowed scope, we can select the perfect vendor team. 

2.

Design Meeting

30-60 days prior to your wedding date, we will meet to go through all of your wedding logistics with your caterer and venue. This meeting provides us with the opportunity to fine tune and share our expectations of the event. 

3.

Walkthrough 

As your wedding day approaches, Serendipity will be available to help with any final details. On this phone call we will go through your finalized items to confirm that everything is accurate. This also gives you an opportunity to ask us any last minute questions.

4.

Final meeting phone call

We will meet you at your venue to run through your wedding ceremony with your bridal party. We make sure that every member of your bridal party is comfortable and prepared for your big day. 

5.

The big day is finally here! Our goal on the day-of your wedding is to ensure that you have a stress-free, enjoyable, and memorable day. Serendipity will be on-site from beginning to end assisting with every detail.
